Our office represents military personnel and their
dependents in criminal, domestic and personal injury
legal matters in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as in the
Federal court system. Military personnel must be aware that a civilian
criminal charge that results in a conviction, first offender’s
status or a deferred disposition through the state or Federal court
system can frequently lead to adverse administrative action being
taken by the command and can actually result in the service member
being discharged under Other than Honorable conditions. If you are
in the military and are facing civilian criminal charges
in Virginia or the Federal court system, our attorneys will provide
